Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms, clean bathrooms. Good English and multilingual communication. Convenient location for popular tourist attractions. Easy access to transportation options. Airport connectivity with minimal transfers. 

Good location

Small hotel with expensive pricing policy. The hotel level doesn't correspond to 4 stars criteria (max. 3 stars). Its quite difficult to stay with children. There is no possibility to eat something in the evening, just drinks. No appropriate room service.

Good location, varied breakfast buffet, nice cleaning. Everything was fine. I recommend it.

Bad internet in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Paris. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast included a variety of delicious options such as yogurt, pastries, bacon, and eggs. The staff at the hotel

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

We believe that we were given misinformation about the breakfast being included in the price of the room. At check-out we were told that we would be charged for it, even though we were told on check-in that it was included. We can only assume that there was a language barrier or a misunderstanding. Otherwise it is a good hotel and close by to the metro and sights. Great area.

Convenient location near metro and buses, with a view of the famous Arc de Triomphe. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. an excellent choice for a stay in Paris.

reservations did not have proper room when i checked in. needed to beds, got one plus cot.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The location was fantastic and the room was very clean, with a very comfortable bed.

I think for the amount we were paying for the room we would have expected somewhere bigger. The sound proofing was poor as there was a baby in the room next door to us which was crying all night - we could hear this very clearly. We were also not told about the renovations which were taking place on the third floor before we arrived - it was not a problem that the floor was being redecorated but we would have appreciated some advance warning.

I had a great time staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the Metro and within walking distance of popular shopping areas. It was so convenient to be right in the center of everything. I also loved that there were plenty of great outside 

Location and comfort at their key assets.

The breakfast choice was minor. Asian people can not find anything suitable for their taste.

Friendly staff, heated towels in the bathroom, fridge in room, easy access to Champs Elysees.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spacious and well-maintained with plenty of storage. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from iconic landmarks, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly,
